People selling cars, phones and furniture often find their photos copied into other posts. A repeated name or phone number makes a copied photo harder to reuse, and it tells buyers where the picture came from.
There is one catch. Bikroy asks for images without contact information or watermarks, so these marked copies are for sharing elsewhere, such as Facebook groups or WhatsApp. Post the clean original on Bikroy itself.
What Bikroy says about watermarks
The Bikroy posting rules say every advert should contain only unique images taken by the seller, without any contact information or watermarks. Its list of decline reasons includes photos with contact details, logos and inscriptions. So a marked photo can get your ad declined.
Buyers can still reach you, because Bikroy shows your contact details in their own section of the ad. To hide a number or plate already in a photo, use the Bikroy blur tool instead.
Repeated or corner
A repeated mark runs across the product, so it is hard to crop away, but it covers more of the picture. A corner mark keeps the photo clean, but anyone can crop it off in a few seconds. Use repeated for photos you think are likely to be copied.
